I Don't Make New Year's Resolutions

So, I don't make New Year's resolutions. The only one I've ever kept was one from several years ago, where I resolved not to make any more New Year's resolutions. Keep that in mind as you read: what you see here are not New Year's resolutions.
No, really, they aren't. Now, I didn't spend much time on the NaNoWriMo forums, but after the event itself was over I did check out a couple of the threads. One was a thread called "Big, Fun, and Scary" or something similar in which the posters talked about what they were going to do with all that free time now that NaNo was over.
I had some fun skimming over some of the other goals that were posted, so I posted my own. This was back in mid-December, by the way. (See? Not New Year's.) Figured I might as well cross-post the list here...
1. Finish a first draft of 2008's NaNo novel.
2. Get some significant revising done on this year's NaNo novel - the rewrites of those first eight chapters at least.
3. Start my second novel.
4. Finish my second novel.
5. Finish NaNo 2009. (Not necessarily with the second novel mentioned above. It'd be nice to get a start on book three.)
6. Revise my outline for, start and finish my stage musical.
7. Plan, write, and record my story album - maybe even try to sell a few copies.
8. Get a few of my short stories revised, fixed up, and submitted to publishers.
9. Find out more about, and decide where I'm going to go to, get my Master's degree.
10. Get back to the gym and boxing class and get back into shape like I keep saying I will.
11. Redesign the swing band website, once we finally get our flipping logo.
12. Update code and content on my personal website.
13. Apply as a performer for Komasket Music Festival.
14. If accepted to KMF, put together an act for the festival.
15. Read at least fifty books. Required reading for university does not count.
Incidentally, all those people out there who insist that I'm a workaholic? They're lying.
It occurs to me that it'd be kind of fun (well, for me) to post about how far along I am on each of those goals. I kind of doubt I'll be that organized, though.
Oh! I know, I know! I could make a New Year's Resolution to be more organized!
(Not. I like setting reasonable NYRs for myself, you know? Such as not making them.)

Heh, thanks. I might need it - that list kind of scares me.
